is responsible for leading franchise locations in local marketing efforts to help successfully introduce, drive, and manage the Pickleman’s Brand in each market. The Marketing Rep will guide and propose strategies for the General Manager and Store Owner in efforts that will increase brand profitability and sustained growth.
Collaborate with local Mangers and Owners in evaluating Marketing ROI as well as suggesting and implementing new strategies to increase sales.
Be a direct resource for information regarding Pickleman’s Marketing Tactics and Policies and Procedures.
Provide new and current stores with all necessary training materials including but not limited to; Recipe Books, Marketing Binders, Detailed Maps
Manage marketing materials and apparel: inventory, distribution, and pars.
Evaluate stores local marketing budget and strategy to develop marketing proposals to increase foot traffic and leads.
Review previous marketing efforts and sales to make educated decisions on local marketing budget and strategies.
Offer support to local stores and staff as a team member, when needed for operations.
Strives to improve local market’s sales, and visibility, as well as sustaining an active community presence.
Manage Digital Marketing Efforts, Print Media, Content Distribution, Grassroots Efforts, and Localized Marketing Initiatives.
Has the ability to gather and analyze large data sets to interpret trends and implement strategies based on those trends.
Coordinate with finance department to evaluate and distill ROI of various marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
3-5 Years Marketing Experience
Restaurant Experience Required
Knowledge of General Marketing Concepts and Social Media
Basic understanding of Modern Media Trends
Work experience with media sponsorships and philanthropic efforts
Event Planning Experience
Passion for Great Food
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Office
