Training
With our 4 step proprietary training process, it’s hard not to get it right.
This Process includes:
- Initial Training
Two individuals will attend and pass a 3 week training program.
- Crew training program
We start 2 days prior to opening to certify your employees.
- On-going
One day modules will be offered on such things as effective labor controls, scheduling systems, managing food costs and effective marketing.
Field Support
Will be provided by your Franchise Representative
- A minimum of 10 days for your store opening to assist getting you up and running with our systems in place.
- We will provide action plans for our franchisees.
- Success takes action. Customer satisfaction and franchisee success are our highest priorities.
